MizB from Should Be Reading hosts Booking Through Thursday.
This week's questions: Do you cheat and peek at the ends of books? (Come on, be honest.)
Never! That would ruin the ending of a book. I just keep reading till the end to see what happens. I don't want to know what the ending is until I get there.
Neither do I :P But sometimes I look at the opposite page...I can't help it =[
ReplyDeleteI don't either - and sometimes when the book is getting really good and I want to skim down the page, I cover it with my hand so I can only read one line at a time!!!
ReplyDeleteI never flip to the end...I'd rather be surprised.

Hello! Thanks for hopping by and following my blog! I'm a new follower of yours now! I figured since you already saw my answer to the blog hop question I would respond to this post instead.
ReplyDeleteI always always ALWAYS look at the back of the book. For me it is like this, I do not necessarily want to know how it ends with the plot, but I do want to know what tone it ends on. Does the last sentence sound hopeful, angry, scared, distraught...? That is all I want to know.
And just because a book ends with hope, doesn't mean that everyone survives, so it doesn't really give anything away. But if I know the book ends with hope then I know no matter what, I'll enjoy getting there!
